After spending countless time visiting, designing, and remodeling historic homes in the Galveston Historical District, we have intimate knowledge of these homes from the ground up. We strive to give the potential historic home-buyer a true sense of what they might encounter (Asbestos, lead based paint, or lead service pipe, aluminum wiring, knob & Tube Wiring) or expect (drafty interiors, lack of insulation) without being unduly alarming based on years of experience working with and remodeling old and historic homes.
